Like many of you, we are closely monitoring the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact it is having on everyone around the world. We are taking action to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and our clients. We want you to have the confidence that we are taking many necessary steps in response.
As of today, Tuesday, March 17, 2020, our offices will remain open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We have taken internal measures above and beyond our normal cleaning and disinfecting protocols to make sure our offices are as clean as possible, including limiting public access and scheduled intervals of cleaning and disinfecting of all community surfaces within the office. In addition, all office personnel has been provided guidance on acting responsibility and following Federal guidelines on potential exposures and safety protocols.
Contract managers will continue to make themselves available to you as always. They are prepared to work remotely at home if it becomes necessary. In addition, they have been provided with responsible guidelines and protocols to limit potential exposure when making in-house visits.
In addition to the above measures, we would encourage you to explore the use of our new TECH portal. Over the last six months, we have worked to upload as much of your company information as available. This information can be accessed from our website www.transafeusa.com and click on the tab marked Client Login. Input your company login and it will take you to your information. If you do not have a company login, please contact your contract manager or the office and we will get you set up.
